Pokerduom is designed for entertainment and poker knowledge training. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:
All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, game logic, text, branding, quiz content, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by POKERDUOM LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App solely for personal entertainment purposes. No rights are granted to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
Pokerduom does not require an account or collect personal information. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. Gameplay progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
The App is appropriate for players aged 13 and above. It is designed to be family-friendly and contains no explicit or inappropriate content. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian if required by applicable law.
The App offers entertainment and poker knowledge practice only. It is not a gambling product and does not involve real money, real stakes, or any form of wagering. Virtual coins and cosmetics within the App have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or real-world goods. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional poker coaching or advice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." POKERDUOM LTD does not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions beyond the stated minimum requirement of iOS 13.0.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POKERDUOM LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues arising from device compatibility, data loss, or interruption of service.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes through the App Store listing or within the App itself.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
