End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and POKERDUOM LTD for the Pokerduom software application. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License Grant

POKERDUOM LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Pokerduom application on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Use the Software — Install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control for personal entertainment and poker knowledge practice.
Access All Features — Access and use all features of the App in accordance with this agreement, including gameplay, the shop, leaderboard, and cosmetics.
Local Data — Store your gameplay progress, rank, and preferences locally on your device as part of normal app functionality.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software or any of its components.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or labels on the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from POKERDUOM LTD.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Software.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software.
Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to manipulate in-app currency, cosmetics, or progression data through unauthorised means.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. POKERDUOM LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of POKERDUOM LTD.

POKERDUOM LTD Owns

All software code, game logic, algorithms, designs, graphics, quiz content, audio, text, branding, and all other content in the application.

You Own

Your personal gameplay progress and locally stored data that you generate through use of the Software.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Pokerduom does not collect personal data. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to POKERDUOM LTD or any third party.

The App does not require an account, login, or internet connection. No personal information is collected, processed, or shared.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POKERDUOM LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Pokerduom is an entertainment application and does not guarantee specific outcomes, skill improvement, or poker performance results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POKERDUOM LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of progress, device issues, or any other damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

You must cease all use of the Software.
You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

You may also terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Updates and Modifications

POKERDUOM LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be delivered through the Apple App Store. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
